2025.09.18

Advertisements guarantee that later 'you can forget about the draft', the service costs from 60 to 100 thousand rubles

Before the start of the autumn draft in Russia, prices for 'buying' military tickets have risen on black markets, and new schemes have appeared — for example, data correction in the electronic military registry, discovered by 'Verstka'*. During the war, the cost of purchasing a military ticket 'turnkey' has increased fourfold, from 200 to 800 thousand rubles.

According to intermediaries, processing the document takes on average up to six months. To get a military ticket faster, you will have to pay 1.5 million rubles.

Intermediaries promise data correction for 60–100 thousand rubles, changing the conscript's fitness category to non-draftable ('D') directly in the database. For this, according to intermediaries, it is enough to provide the full name and date of birth. In return, the client receives a photo and video recording from the registry site, where the updated data is reflected. The personal file will disappear from the filtering in the military registry system, and the person 'will never be drafted and will not receive a summons'. In the end, there will be a photo and video from the database with the client's photo and data marked as removed from military registration due to health reasons 'You can forget about the draft, you won't be drafted anymore', said the publication's interlocutor.

Payment is made in USDT cryptocurrency, the procedure itself takes 7–10 days and does not require the conscript's presence. However, the 'service' is only available to those who have not yet received a summons.

'The war and militarization have made this area a gold mine for dishonest military commissars and lawyers,' said Alexey Tabalov, head of the 'Conscript School'* to 'Verstka'. 'And the size of bribes has increased significantly. Firstly, due to fear and demand, and secondly, due to long corruption chains'.
