On the night of September 15, the Russians attacked Ukraine with three S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles and 84 strike UAVs, reported the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Missiles and 25 strike UAVs hit 13 locations.
The previous evening, nine people were injured as a result of a Russian strike on the center of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. “At 23:10, using three FAB-250s with UMPK modules, Russian forces struck the central part of the city. At the moment, nine injured are known,” local authorities reported.
At night, the Russians massively attacked Nizhyn in the Chernihiv region with drones. Rescuers who were extinguishing a fire at an enterprise were under attack.
As reported by the head of the Chernihiv Regional Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, on the evening of September 14, a private enterprise engaged in fuel materials and a nearby gas station were attacked. During the fire extinguishing, Russian forces struck the site again, resulting in four rescuers being injured. In addition, a 59-year-old resident of one of the villages in Nizhyn was injured. He was taken to the Chernihiv Regional Hospital. As a result of the attack, a residential house was damaged, critical infrastructure objects and local businesses were hit.
In total, the Russian army shelled Chernihiv region 42 times in a day, with 20 settlements under fire.
An agricultural enterprise in the Sumy region was also hit by a missile strike. About 30 pieces of equipment were damaged, and 12 workers who were harvesting were injured. As clarified by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Hryhorov, 11 men were hospitalized, one of them is in serious condition.
