One person died in the city of Sumy as a result of a Russian drone strike on the morning of September 12, reported the head of the city, Artem Kobzar.
After the explosions, the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov, reported that a guard might have been in the burning administrative building, and there was no contact with him. Later, during the clearing of the debris, rescuers discovered the body of the deceased guard.
During the day, Russian troops carried out 66 shellings on 31 settlements in the region. A religious building, civilian infrastructure facilities, non-residential buildings, 2 private residential houses, and transport were damaged.
