Russians attacked the DTEK mine in the Dobropillya district of the Donetsk region. One worker was killed, and three more were injured, reported the head of the Ukrainian miners' union, Mykhailo Volynets.
«As a result of the Russian shelling, the mines of the Dobropillya community are without power. 148 miners remain underground», — wrote Volynets.
It is noted that due to the attack, the facilities and equipment of the enterprise were damaged, everything is without power.
The Ministry of Energy clarified a few hours later that all the trapped miners were brought to the surface.
During the day, settlements in the Donetsk region under Ukrainian control were shelled 20 times. Houses and administrative buildings were damaged. In Yampil, one person was killed, one was injured, and an outbuilding was damaged. In Kostiantynivka, 4 people were injured, 21 apartment buildings, 2 administrative buildings, a bank, and 2 power lines were damaged.
550 people were evacuated from the front line, including 119 children.
