The press release does not disclose the woman's name and surname, however, on July 3, Rosfinmonitoring added 57-year-old resident of Borisovka Margarita Cherkashina to the registry of 'extremists and terrorists', as learned by 'Pepel'.
The publication also writes that Rosfinmonitoring added three more Belgorod residents to the registry: 20-year-old Daniil Popovich from Stary Oskol, who turned 20 on July 1, Vladislav Ostrovkin from Belgorod, who just turned 18 yesterday, and 15-year-old Dmitry Anisimov from Stary Oskol.
According to 'Pepel', the young people are teenagers who were detained for setting fire to relay cabinets in Stary Oskol. Earlier, a criminal case was initiated against them under the article 'terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy'.
