The Lipetsk region was attacked by drones at night. Residents of Yelets claim that the 'Energia' plant was attacked again, with at least five explosions heard. As ASTRA* writes, helicopters were spotted in the sky.

The governor confirmed the fall of drones 'in the industrial zone, there are no casualties, emergency services are working on site'. At 7:10 AM, the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, announced the cancellation of the red threat level of a UAV attack, but six minutes later it was reintroduced.

The day before, Ukrainian drones had already attacked Yelets and hit the 'Energia' plant, which specializes in the production of chemical power sources. As a result of the attack, one of the workshops caught fire, injuring 9 employees of the enterprise.

The plant produces batteries, including for UAVs, as well as batteries for aviation and the navy.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the downing of two drones over the region. In total, according to the Ministry of Defense, 94 drones were shot down overnight: 64 drones over the Belgorod region, 24 over the Bryansk region, two UAVs over the Kursk region, and one each over the Voronezh and Tula regions.

In the Tula region, during a drone attack on one of the enterprises, a natural gas pipeline was damaged, injuring three people. 'The air defense forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense worked to repel the air attack and destroy the UAVs. At one of the enterprises in Novomoskovsk, a natural gas pipeline was damaged, and the fire was extinguished. Emergency services are working on site. Information is being clarified. Three people were injured, two of whom were hospitalized, and one received medical assistance on site. In the Kimovsky district, several private households were slightly damaged by falling drone debris. There are no casualties,' reported the head of the region, Dmitry Milyaev.
