According to the Donetsk Regional Military Prosecutor's Office, on May 7 at 22:50, Russian troops dropped a 'FAB-250' with a UMPK module on an apartment building in Kostyantynivka. As a result of the airstrike, three men aged 46, 47, and 74 and a 47-year-old woman were injured. They were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds. Eight more civilians aged 41 to 75 received minor injuries. They were rescued by emergency workers.
Medical assistance was provided to the injured. One of the residents of the building is likely under the rubble. Three apartment buildings and a store were damaged in the settlement.
The prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case on the fact of committing a war crime.
According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, as a result of Russian shelling in the region during the day, one resident was killed, and three local residents were injured.
From the morning of May 7 to the morning of May 8, Russian troops carried out nearly 120 shellings on 34 settlements in 14 districts of the region. The most shellings were recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts.
The Russian army actively used guided aerial bombs, MLRS, FPV drones: 20 KAB strikes, 20 FPV drone attacks, more than 80 MLRS explosions.
Civilian infrastructure objects were damaged and destroyed, including ten private houses.
