As reported by local authorities, there is extensive damage to civilian infrastructure in the city, particularly residential buildings. Fires broke out in some areas. The top floors of several high-rise buildings were destroyed, and a supermarket and a school were damaged.
As a result of the attack, two people died, and the number of injured is rising. At the moment, 15 city residents required medical assistance, reported the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
«In one of the high-rise buildings, rescuers, together with emergency services, evacuated more than 200 people», — reported the State Emergency Service.
