The Vladimir branch of the Investigative Committee reported the initiation of a criminal case against a 40-year-old resident of Murom under the article on desecration of symbols of military glory.
On March 4, the woman "committed illegal actions," "ensured video recording," on the city Victory Square near the monument to fallen soldiers of 1941-1945, as well as the ZIS-3 artillery gun, the message states.
As reported by the Investigative Committee, "necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident and to give the suspect's actions a criminal-legal assessment."
The Vladimir police also reported the woman's detention, noting that the reason for the prosecution was a video in which the accused "dances in underwear at a memorial."
The Vladimir publication "Dovod" clarified that a criminal case was initiated against Tatyana Belova, who is the founder of the dance project FitDance in Murom and also works as an English tutor.
On March 4, Belova published a video on her "VKontakte" page where she dances in leggings, shorts, and underwear.
In October 2023, the Murom City Court fined Belova 30,000 rubles under a protocol for "disrespect" to society for a video recording of a dance to music from the film "Schindler's List" at the Victory memorial.
